The spiritual world is absolute mutual guarantee of all parts of creation; their absolute integration and merger with each other. This is similar to how egoistic cells connect with each other on the basis of absolute altruism. Each cell works only for the organism, to fulfill its function and to secure the vital activity of the entire organism. Every cell and every organ exist only for this. Hence, the entire organism exists in order to reach a higher goal.
Imagine how great our suffering will be if we have to be compelled to this mutual guarantee, unconsciously by “using a stick to bring us to happiness,” i.e, not under the influence of the Upper Light, the influence of the environment or friends, but by necessity. What great afflictions will humanity have to befall for this to awaken in it.
